Books & Learning Materials Program
A classroom without books is a classroom without opportunity. At Windfall International, we believe every child deserves the tools to learn, read, and dream beyond their circumstances. Through our Books & Learning Materials Program, we provide essential school supplies — from textbooks to writing materials — ensuring that students have what they need to succeed and participate fully in their education.

What Windfall Does
Windfall International supplies students and schools with the materials that make learning possible
Our program focuses on three key areas:
-
Textbooks and workbooks: covering essential subjects for primary and secondary levels.
-
Stationery kits: including notebooks, pencils, pens, and art materials.
-
Supplementary resources: like storybooks, science kits, and reference guides.
We partner with local educators and volunteers to distribute resources where they are needed most, and to ensure every item reaches the hands of a child who will use it to learn. Each book we provide is more than paper and ink it’s a passport to understanding, imagination, and opportunity.
The Challenge
Limited Resources
In many under-resourced schools, students share a single textbook among several classmates — or attend class with no books at all.
Basic Needs
Families living below the poverty line often cannot afford even basic items like notebooks, pencils, or uniforms.
Hidden Barriers
These small gaps create large obstacles, leaving children unprepared, embarrassed, or excluded from lessons.
Access Gap
Without the right learning materials, even the most motivated students struggle to keep up — not for lack of ability, but for lack of access.
Education requires more than teachers and classrooms it requires tools of participation.
Impact
Since its inception, our learning materials program has equipped classrooms in underserved communities with thousands of books and study kits. Teachers report stronger engagement, better test results, and renewed enthusiasm among students who once came to class empty-handed.
★★★★★
“Before, I had to borrow a book and could only read for a few minutes. Now I have my own. I want to be a doctor.”
— Daniel, Student Beneficiary
For parents and teachers alike, these materials represent hope — the tangible kind, that fits in a child’s backpack and grows into a lifetime of possibilities.
Final Note
Together, all of Windfall International’s programs — from school meals to scholarships — form a complete journey.
