Although Windfall is still in its early years, she has laid a strong foundation for its expansion into multiple regions, ensuring that each initiative reflects the organization’s values of equity, dignity, and opportunity.
With a hands-on leadership style, she manages Windfall’s educational programs, supports the development of new vocational pathways, and guides the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement. She works directly with local partners, families, and youth to understand the challenges they face and to ensure Windfall’s support is practical, relevant, and impactful.
